ln some countries, you can be known as a culprit sometimes, if you defend yourself.
Afsane Noroozi -an iranian woman- will be hanged, becuase she killed a man who wanted to rape her. the court believes she did somthing to excited (or wore a sexy cloth) him, so if he wanted to rape her it was her guilt.
But the point is, if she didn't defent, she'd be guily becuase having sex with a man who was not her husband. She'd be criminal anyhow.
They say he was an important man in poletics becuase they don't say his name.
