Their streets ??

Yesterday when l was walking to go home, some foolish thing happend which sounded bizarrely.
There's a not-much-big street near our house in which you won't see so many drives. When l was walking across that, l found out a white car interrupted my way; neither stop completely nor driving away. I glanced down the driver who was saying some words; I dunno "would you come?" or something like this.
It drives me mad if someone thought he's allowed to treat like that with someone else, specially when the second one is me!!
Will you get away from my way or just stop and let me get over or not?? you fool!! I shouted.
He was shocked! I was realy surprised when l saw his frozen-dumbstruck look. After some moments, ( and now I'm in the middle of the street ) he stopped to jump out and say something worse or hit me or anything else. His friend I guess who was in the car kept him sitting and at last they went away.
I was just wondering what's in some folks' mind.. do they know the town as their properties and women as their wives whom can be hit if made them annoy?*




*I don't mean guys are allowed to hit their wivese, and I believe there are not so many men who think and behave like what I wrote above.. but you know? I beleive it musn't happened at all!
