Thanks for your blog. As the father of two young adult daughters, I appreciate your struggle. I'd be furious if they were subject to discrimination especially over something as trival as a soccer (football) match. No country that denies the rights of half its population will be successful in the 21st century.
If possible would you list links to the English language blogs of other Iranians? I am interested in the opinions of regular citizens not government officials.

Neda, may I e-mail you? My husband is an Iraqi, but he has been here in America for 5 yrs. now. His family are now Iraninan citizens, having lived there for many years. They speak kurdish, arabic, and farsi. Where in India are you? I have a cousin working in New Delhi. She has been there since June....Margia
