If it happens, if I'm lucky enough, all I have to do is shifting to ten steps up.

Right now I found out my neighbor is going to rent her flat. I saw it, it is beautiful and has a big terrace. Tough I'm surprised by the size of the flat, because this one I'm staying in right now is much smaller.
