I got a flat!!! and not just that, it's the best thing I could find specially in this season.

Do you know what it means? It's the end of a long time of nervousness, and all that "student, single AND Iranian? No way!". They didn't even listen when I tried to explain to them that all Iranians are not fond of "parties every night" ..but it's over! Do you know how good it feels?

The owner is of my favorite people (Persian Zoroastrian), and the rent is surprisingly -for this season- reasonable. I don't know if it was because my surname being as the owner said himself same as his childhood friend and classmate or not but he accepted immediately to decrease the rent and now it's even more than reasonable for a furnished flat.

Usually I don't like a place I move in at first then I get used to it, but I liked this place since the first moment.
All day I was thinking how lucky I was all those previous flats were "for families only". and I'm thinking of sending the brother of my former neighbor a bouquet of red roses, because if it wasn't because of him and thier thinking of renting their house and at the same time using it as guest house I would get the up stair flat which was not comparable to this one.

Wait! the best part is that I can jump to my gym from the balcony! If my trainer finds out I became their neighbor she'll force me to go to gym every day.
