Ok, the third word of the second line is bad, but why the indian VH1 thought the word "blow" in the line "you love blow and I love puff" should be censored as well?

I searched to find the meaning, I found out that it is a saying for describing the differences (actually it's you love blow and I love poe) between two persons, which is probably maximum.
I looked up the word also, it doesn’t have a bad meaning either.

What’s the story then?

It's English slang for drugs, blow is cocaine, puff is usually marijuana or can mean cocaine too. In this context I would suppose puff is used to mean marijuana/cannabis thus the relationship drama- cocaine/blow would make one person hyperactive and nervy, the puff/cannabis smoker would be relaxed. She is well known for her drug addictions which are causing her some problems (he said being discreet).
