I think it must be based on many true stories, except for foster homes that can't be this nice; each of them being under directory of a kind compassionate woman who adores the children and even in deathbed talks about them.
many children get abused in foster homes, but it's like the makers have never heard about them.

I know, in Iran we don't even have such foster homes and kids have worse condition but I thought our TV underestimates people's inteiligence. I guess the sky has the same color every where.
